Since opening in 2014, we have built a strong reputation as a progressive creative marketing agency, delivering top-class services with people at the heart of our work. That’s why achieving a Real Living Wage accreditation was a natural next step for the business.
The Real Living Wage is a higher, voluntary rate paid to employers compared to the National Living Wage, which is a statutory minimum rate set by the government. The Living Wage is calculated independently with the actual cost of living in mind, factoring in rent prices, food and transport.
As a Real Living Wage Employer, we are helping to ensure our employees enjoy a good standard of living and are committed to paying everyone who works for us a decent, honest wage.
At Creo, we value our people and strive to create an environment where employees feel supported. By paying the Real Living Wage, we can ensure everyone who works with and for us can enjoy greater financial security, motivation and improved morale.
Louise Bradford, Managing Director at Creo Comms, shared: “Being accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer reinforces a commitment to our people and everything we stand for; fairness, respect and putting people first. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and this is just one of the ways we’re continuing to invest in them and build a positive, purpose-led culture at Creo.”
This accreditation not only benefits us internally, but it also reflects how we work with our clients too. We are proud to join leading accredited companies such as IKEA, Nestle and Aviva in raising workplace standards.
As we continue to grow, we’ll keep championing fairness, leading with purpose and pushing for a more inclusive and responsible creative industry!
